Use of Information
We use the information we receive from Paddle and Google Analytics to improve the Services for our users.
Paddle and Setapp use the information about the status of the application to enforce licensing rules.
We don’t sell or share or license any information to any third parties.
We may retain the information gathered, for example when contacting us via Customer Support, for as long as needed to provide Services (e.g. help fix your issue). We don’t retain any personally identifiable information from our customers and users, with the only exception of the personal information you disclose via e-mail or customer support contacts. You can ask us at any time to delete any trace of our e-mail or customer support interactions by contacting us at support@TripMode.ch. You may request your registration information to be deleted directly by our partner Paddle or Setapp, who act as the Merchant of Records for TripMode. When doing this, you will lose the ability to use our paid services, as there will be no way to know that you are a customer.
When purchasing TripMode, you enter into an agreement with Paddle (https://www.paddle.com), who acts as our Merchant of Records. Therefore, we do not store or have access to your payment information. You can contact Paddle for any questions at email@example.com.
