USER AGREEMENT

 The user agreement below applies for TripMode copies downloaded and/or sold from this website. For the Mac App Store version, refer to Apple's Licensed Application End User Agreement , and the TripMode Subscription Terms of Use (Mac App Store) 

By installing or using a Software by Alix SARL (the “Author”) ie. TripMode (the “Mac Software”), you agree to the terms of this document (the “User Agreement”).

Changes to the User Agreement 

If we make any material changes to this User Agreement, we may notify you by contacting you through our services, emailing you (to the address specified in your account, if we have an address for you), or by posting a notice through the Software installer during an installation or upgrade of the App. The latest version of the User Agreement may be found at any time on our website.

Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Licensing and Ownership 

When purchasing a license for the Mac Software or the Windows Software, you may activate the Software for your personal use on 1 Mac device for the Mac Software. You may not sell or distribute your license, other licenses, the Software, or parts of the Software to others. Your license does not give you ownership of the Software. All rights to the Software are owned by the Author.

No Warranty or Liability for Damages 

You use the Software at your own risk. The Software is provided “as is” without any warranty. The Author does not warrant fitness of the Software for any purpose. The Author shall in no event be liable for any kind of damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or data, related to the Software or its use.
